Phillipa (I hope I spelled that correctly) was beautiful and overly accommodating upon my entry. Sign in was a breeze and they even had a ticket system for shopping which was cared for at valet. Nice and modern , though humble. The staff were all amazing,  including security.  I didn't eat because of the time though I have personally heard good things about this establishment and agree upon my personal experience. I had an extremely upsetting experience at Club Auburn. I forgot to bring key and waiting quietly for my friend, who live upstairs, to return. During this time, my wallet had been stolen and I was trying to locate my ID. Despite explaining this, the reception staff refused to listen. I was spoken to very rudely and told to leave, and was even mockingly told to “go sit at Woolworths because it’s free.” The staff member claimed they were instructed by the Director to kick me out. This showed a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. Treating someone who was already distressed in such a manner is completely unacceptable. It was terrible experience. Especially the counter person is so rude. Food came out  so late. Yamch food not various. The food was very expensive as well. I regret I did not chechk the the receipt. I and my wife had six dishes  including  two dessert  dishes and one stirvfried noodle. It came out over $90..As I am owner chef of a restaurant, this quaily food are  too much expensive  and very bad service. I feel like I was cheated with the price. I will never go again. Oh terrible experience in my life. This is the worst Chinese restaurant in my life.
